Guide Specification: Provide a Model AIR4100 Air Quality Monitor with full spectrum, hot wire element sensor which is microprocessor based, as specified herein. Provide space and/or duct type as indicated on the plans.
The Air Quality Monitor's measuring element shall be a heated sem-conductor. Sensor shall be self-cleaning, no maintenance. The sensor shall be capable of monitoring from 100% air quality to 0% air quality, be microprocessor based, have 19 bit resolution, be both temeprature and humidty compensated for long life and stability, and have a stepped 0 - 10 VDC output. Sensor shall have internal light emitting diodes (LEDs) for visual indication of high, mid, low and clean levels of air quality and shall have four (4) adjustable set points. The sensor shall be available in wall or duct mounted models. As a minimum, the sensor shall monitor the following indoor air contaminants:
The Air Quality sensor shall be Toxalert International, Inc., Model AIR4100 Space sensor or Model AIR4100/D Duct sensor as indicated on the plans.
