CM200 SERIES CARBON MONOXIDE SENSOR GUIDE SPECIFICATION

Toxalert Air Quality International
The series CM200 has three models to choose from. Pick the one that best fits your project requirements.

MODEL CM201

Provide a Toxalert Model CM201 Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor(s). The monitor shall be a metal oxide semiconductor sensor which meets OSHA Standard 1910.100. Sensor shall be microprocessor based with temperature and humidity compensation. The monitor shall have self checking circuitry for sensor failure, shall be completely solid state. The monitor shall be housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure, which shall incorporate an alarm LED, status LED and audible alarm horn. The monitor shall not require pumps, filters, or chemical cells.

The monitor shall be single stage with range of 0-250 ppm and user adjustable setpoint. If CO concentration reaches alarm setpoint for 10 minutes or more continuously the audible alarm shall sound.

The monitor shall be a Model CM201 as manufactured by Toxalert International, Inc.

MODEL CM202

Provide a Toxalert Model CM202 Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor(s). The monitor shall be a metal oxide semiconductor sensor which meets OSHA Standard 1910.100. Sensor shall be microprocessor based with temperature and humidity compensation. The monitor shall have self checking circuitry for sensor failure, shall be completely solid state. The monitor shall be housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure, which shall incorporate a fan on LED, alarm LED, and status LED. The monitor shall not require pumps, filters, or chemical cells.

The monitor shall be two stage with range of 0-250 ppm and user adjustable warning and alarm setpoint. Two Form C, DPDT relays with 120 VAC, 2A resistive contacts shall be integral to the monitor. If CO concentration rises above the warning setpoint for thirty seconds continuously, the Fan On LED shall light and the first stage relay shall energize for a minimum of 3 minutes to prevent short cycling of ventilation equipment. If the CO concentration continues to rises above the alarm setpoint for 10 minutes continuously the alarm LED shall light and the second stage relay shall energize.

The monitor shall be a Model CM202 as manufactured by Toxalert International, Inc.

MODEL CM203

Provide a Toxalert Model CM203 Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor(s). The monitor shall be a metal oxide semiconductor sensor which meets OSHA Standard 1910.100. Sensor shall be microprocessor based with temperature and humidity compensation. The monitor shall have self checking circuitry for sensor failure, shall be completely solid state. The monitor shall be housed in a NEMA 1 enclosure, which shall incorporate a fan on LED, alarm LED, status LED, and audible alarm horn. The monitor shall not require pumps, filters, or chemical cells.

The monitor shall be two stage with range of 0-250 ppm and user adjustable warning and alarm setpoint. A Form C, DPDT relay with 120 VAC, 2A resistive contacts shall be integral to the monitor. If CO concentration rises above the warning setpoint for thirty seconds continuously, the Fan On LED shall light and the first stage relay shall energize for a minimum of 3 minutes to prevent short cycling of ventilation equipment. If the CO concentration continues to rises above the alarm setpoint for 10 minutes continuously the alarm LED shall light and an audible alarm horn with minimum 80dB shall sound. The audible alarm shall have a silence pushbutton for temporarily silencing the horn.

The monitor shall be a Model CM203 as manufactured by Toxalert International, Inc.
